Israeli PM Netanyahu proposes regular meetings with Palestinian leader Abbas during peace talks

JERUSALEM : Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Friday that he proposed to the U.S. to hold bi-weekly meetings with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas during the direct peace talks that begin next week, the Haaretz newspaper announced.
