Norman Finkelstein talks about Alan Dershowitz’s attempts to defame his dead mother

Video Rating: 4 / 5

  1. Dershowitz is such a fraud to be making such false, personal attacks.

@Uncle99B And last; NF has asked about the argumentation of his so called self written book, the answer was VERY unclear, since it was obvious the entire first chapter was a fraud not even entering chapter 2/3/4; he couldn’t reproduce a single statement in an other way, which would have been possible if he ACTUALLY has written the book!

  3. janjan55555 says:

@Dave17541763 You’re also unaware that processing a document that is MOST likely run by plagiarism equipment like most advanced universities is easily spotted! If I would pull such an adolescent prank, you can be damn sure my thesis would have been filed as ‘plagiarism’+received a 0 for that subject! AD was so stupid he decided to write a book thinking he would NOT get reviewed by collegues like NF, who’s an expert in Middle East history, he read ALL of AD’s sources PRIO to this book!

  4. janjan55555 says:

@Dave17541763 My recent years of university, have taught me very well the concept of plagiarism TYVM! What do Academics receive, if they quote a certain person WITHOUT the QUOTATION-marks? exactly! Plagiarism, and at the end AD said; so? Does that make my info false?! The answer should be; I oversaw that one! IF U COPY PASTE A TEXT WITHOUT ADDING QUOTATION, the assumption will IMMEDIATELY follow that that INFO has been processed SOLELY by you, but nvm you’re too uneducated to know that!

  5. Dave17541763 says:

@janjan55555 U do realize that only NF has openly claimed that AD plagriarized his book “The Case for Israel”. Also, when AD threatened a lawsuit, NF backed down and did not put this slander in his book. NF uses this tactic on anyone that is openly pro-Israel (ie he claims that the book is plagarized and a fraud). See “The Case for Peace” by AD to get the skinny on NF’s sick tactics. It is funny to see NF accuse others of using his tactics. NF is a sicko and a total lightweight.

  7. Macaframa1 says:

@bdrasin well i can claim you suspected your mother of sacrificing babies to mars and eating new born goats…

  8. janjan55555 says:

@Dave19141918 U do realise it has been OFFICIALLY denounced as plagiarism right? Don’t try to back your favorite fancy pancy Harvard law professor because you will have to reckon on forces like Finkelstein who don’t get fundings by corrupt Jewish materialists, but go on research themselves with the goal of finding out the bare truth as it is, Dr Drank Menetrez already exposed Dershowitz!

  9. ZaidCorrales says:

@MrShayneOneill Hang yourself idiot so you”ll stop suffering

  10. bdrasin says:

Norman Finkelstein is fudging here, I’m afraid. What Dershowitz said (and you can find it on his website, google “STATEMENT OF ALAN M. DERSHOWITZ”) was that Finkelstein _himself_ suspected his own mother of having been a kapo. This may very well not be true (there is no citation).

  11. Dave19141918 says:

@Uncle99B I could do that but I don’t feel like it. My energy is limited and I choose to use it otherwise. So you will have to just read it yourself if you want to see how he counters these baseless charges.

  12. Uncle99B says:

@Dave19141918 . Dersh does not and can not explain how his Case for Israel exactly replicates the punctuation errors found in A Time Immemorial because the only possible explanation is plagiarism, something the Dersh would never admit to. Dersh has never addressed the specific examples of plagiarism I have cited. Instead of citing page numbers in a book I do not own, why not re-produce some of the arguments made on those pages? The we can see who is right and who is wrong

  13. Dave19141918 says:

@Uncle99B Quote UnQuote :”Yes. Please give me the page numbers where Dersh explains how his “The Case for Israel” exactly replicates the punctuation errors found in “A Time Immemorial”. ” Anyway, you are making me yawn.

  14. Uncle99B says:

@Dave19141918. I, of course, never asked for any page numbers. What gives you such thoughts? I listed half a dozen examples (and could list more) proving beyond any doubt at all that Dersh’s Case for Israel was plagiarized. It is not a matter of what I do or don’t think. I see you, like all Zionist dupes, are operating beyond the reach of reality

  15. Dave19141918 says:

@Uncle99B You are the one that asked for the page numbers. If you don’t intend on ever reading “The Case for Peace” than don’t pretend like you are open minded enough to hear the other side. Regardless, I don’t really care what you think. If you want to believe that Dershowitz didn’t write the “Case for Israel” and just plagiarized the whole thing, be my guest. I just don’t care and this conversation is getting boring.

  16. CommunistWarrior1917 says:

To be perfectly honest, I’m not surprised that Dershowitz said that Finkelstein’s mother was a nazi collaborator. In my experience, apologists for the Zionist regime always resort to name calling. They love to call those who’re concerned about how Palestinians are treated anti-semites.

  17. Uncle99B says:

@Dave19141918 . No rebuttal is possible to the overwhelming proof that the Case for Israel was largely plagiarized from a Time Immemorial. I have supplied the ironclad proof. And there is more. Your repeated solicitations to read The Case for Peace does anything to counter this evidence; instead, it underscores the fact that you have nothing concrete to base your claims upon.

  18. Dave19141918 says:

@Uncle99B Well that is because, with the one exception of you, the entire world is part of this elite Zionism that you speak of. Now read the “Case for Peace” to see what Dershowitz’s rebuttal to these moronic charges are. Or don’t.

  19. Uncle99B says:

Inescapable conclusion: The Case for Israel, whether written by Dersh or his students, was significantly plagiarized from J Peters A Time Immemorial.

  20. Uncle99B says:

…both Peters and Dershowitz (in the original hardback edition of The Case for Israel) cited the same pages of Twain (i.e., pages 349, 366, 375, and 441-442) as their source for the quotation. But those page citations are incorrect, both for the 1881 London edition of Twain, which Peters cited, and for the 1996 Oxford edition, which Dershowitz cited

  21. Uncle99B says:

In the original Twain (p. 520), the words “We reached Tabor safely” are followed by a comma and thus are not an entire sentence. Both Peters and Dershowitz omit the comma and the remainder of the sentence but place the ellipsis after the concluding period instead of before it.

The original Twain (p. 608) says “Chorazin[.]” Both Peters and Dershowitz omit the letter “a,” spelling the word “Chorzin[,]” but fail to signal the omission.

  22. Uncle99B says:

Line 9: The original Twain (p. 508) says “six funereal plumes of palms[.]” Both Peters and Dershowitz say “six funereal palms[,]” omitting the words “plumes of” but failing to signal the omission

In the original Twain (p. 508), the word “palms” is followed by a semicolon and thus does not conclude the sentence. Both Peters and Dershowitz omit the semicolon and the remainder of the sentence but place the ellipsis after the concluding period instead of before it.

  23. Uncle99B says:

The original Twain (p. 485) says “this valley[.]” Both Peters and Dershowitz change “this” to “the” but fail to signal that they have altered the original.

In the original Twain (p. 485), there are commas before and after the word “hereabouts[.]” Both Peters and Dershowitz omit the commas but fail to signal the omission (e.g., by using empty brackets).

In the original Twain (p. 508), the word “Capernaum” is followed by a semicolon. Both Peters and Dershowitz follow it with a colon

  24. Uncle99B says:

@Dave19141918 . The fact that you don’t care how Kagan was appointed does not change the fact she is an elite Zionist who was put onto the Supreme Court despite a singular lack of any qualifications.

  25. Dave19141918 says:

@Uncle99B P. 170- 188 in the “Case for Peace.” I don’t know how Kagan got appointed and I don’t care either.
